Tr@veller’s customer database holds the details of all your direct customers together with a complete booking and enquiry history, - essential to help Reservation staff sell effectively and key to successful marketing campaigns.
Personal details: In addition to basic name, address, phone and email contact details you can store important information like date of birth, passport details, special requests or whatever you choose. You can also assign ‘features’ to your customers to categorise them by type or to indicate holiday preferences.
Complete booking and enquiry history: It is essential that when a customer calls you have a complete record of current and previous booking history at your fingertips. Great customer service at the click of a mouse. Tr@veller stores details of bookings, brochure requests, account status etc. Uniquely the system also records when a customer has called to check availability but did not go on to book. These ‘Lookers’ can be followed up and have a higher future propensity to buy – increasing conversion rates in future marketing campaigns.
Documentation and audit trail: Tr@veller keeps a copy of any document you send to any customer against their client record and you can scan in any incoming letters or emails. commission rates held at any of the levels. You can have a standard commission rate

Documentation can be sent from Tr@veller via email, fax or print to mail and a copy
is stored against the appropriate agent, partner or affiliate record.
Many of our clients have chosen to create password protected agent, partner and
affiliate websites. This allows partners to access live availability and online
booking (via our Babel Web Service) without the need to contact your Call Centre.
Customer and agent confirmations are emailed automatically along with commission

The information held in the content management system can be displayed as part of the booking process to help your Reservation staff sell your holidays and ‘errata messages’ can display where required. Even a novice can sound like an expert. Text and images can also be used within output documentation like confirmations to give a professional brand image.

Tr@veller will also simplify the management of suppliers too, with standard letters and reports automating contact with them and reducing errors. A copy of all documentation sent is kept against the supplier record and you can upload copies of any letter or email sent to you.
Tr@veller has an extensive contracts and pricing section that is also used to manage inventory and allocations. You can price units by day, week, short-break and apply margins, sell on allocation or request. Special offers can also be tailored to promote sales and handle difficult to sell stock.

These can be run from Tr@veller by any user with the appropriate user access rights at any time and there is the option to export them into MS Excel or Word. Data is real-time.
Tailor-made reports can be created using the Report Generator by anyone with an appropriate level of technical expertise giving you the flexibility to create documentation in-house should you so wish. Alternatively Crystal Reports will allow you to build reports quickly and simply.
Built into many modules within Tr@veller, the audit trail ensures that you keep a record of any changes made to customer, agent or supplier records.
