In addition to the standard Tr@veller modules there are a number of unique adaptations. These have been created specifically for the Holiday Park market to help your sales staff sell more effectively and maximise the occupancy in each unit on the park. As Tr@veller is browser-based, access to the system may be granted from each Park, in addition to your call centre.
Park and Accommodation Information
Tr@veller may hold vast quantities of information, including images, relating to all of your Holiday Parks and even individual units. This will enable your Sales’ Agents to answer questions and sell confidently even if they are not familiar with the Park in question - all the information they require is at their fingertips.
Search Mechanism
‘Features’ can be set up to enable you to search more effectively. Parks can be grouped by location (Cornwall, Devon, etc) and type (lively, quiet, seaside, indoor pool etc), and your accommodation units can be grouped by the facilities they offer (number of bedrooms, maximum occupancy, pets allowed, central heating etc). Once this is done, your Sales’ Agents can easily search for accommodation to match customer’s requirements.
You can search by accommodation type, or expand the search to look at individual units. What is more, our efficient selling rules will ensure occupancy is maximised in each unit.
Holiday Park Maps
Many of your customers will want to know just where on the park their caravan or lodge is situated. A detailed map of each of your Holiday Parks can be loaded into the system and individual units numbered. You can check location and availability from the map and book directly from the map. This approach is simple but has been shown to be very effective.
The ‘Calculator’
The search mechanism will make it easy to find a holiday to match a customer’s requirements, but in today’s price sensitive market you need to be able to quickly compare the prices of different Parks and units on different days. The calculator accomplishes that and more. You can also maximise profit by selling additional items like insurance, fishing permits, cots/ highchairs etc.
Tr@veller enables you to price both full-week holidays and any combination of Short Break options. Furthermore, the calculator will show you any applicable special offers so that you can further entice your customer to book.
Special Offers and Profiled Units
Tr@veller can be configured so that your Sales’ Agents can only book specific special offers when relevant terms and conditions apply. Furthermore, you can profile units to allow that special offer to apply only to selected units. This is extremely useful if you need to channel bookings towards units that are traditionally difficult to sell.
